Saturday mornings should be about the market. Not the paperwork.
Blue Peach looks after the vendor applications, the Saturday roster and the money, so you can be out there with your people.
Before the season
Vendors apply on your market's own page.
You get one link. Put it anywhere. Your website, your Instagram, the sign on the gate. Vendors fill in the form, read your rules and cancellation policy all the way to the end, sign, and pay the application fee by card.
Insurance, licences and cottage food permits come in as uploads, and they stay on the vendor's record where you can find them.
Saturday morning
Who's coming, who's here, who's not.
That's your morning roster, on your phone. Who said yes, who has checked in, who let you know they can't make it. Nothing else to scroll past at 6am.
After the bell
Vendors report their own sales. You see what's owed.
Set fees the way your market already works. Maybe a share of the day's sales with a minimum per stall. Each vendor tells you what they sold, and the fee is worked out from your rules. You see what was charged, what came in and what is still owed. Each one kept separate, so nothing gets muddled.
Two things we won't budge on
Nothing is ever charged automatically.
Cancel a market day, and nobody owes a thing.
It's your market, and it's your vendors' money. We treat both carefully.
End of season
A season report your board will actually read.
When the season wraps up, you have a clear report for your board, the city, or whoever you answer to. What was charged, what came in, who traded. Plain and printable.
